Facility Transcripts

The report below shows an overview of training completed by each staff member associated with your center(s).

  1. Scroll down to select a facility from the dropdown and view your report.
  2. Filter the dates using the 'Filter Transcript Dates' buttons. You can view all certificates, certificates earned in the past 6 months, past year or past two years.
  3. You can select which people to show on the report using the 'More Options' button.
  4. When you're ready, click the 'Download Transcript' button on the right side of the page to download the transcript.
  5. Follow your device's print screen prompts to either save the transcript as a PDF or print it with a printer.

Admin Reports (Center Transcripts) are only available to view on a desktop device.
